Pricing
All services pricing, products and other charges are displayed via Melybeez Beauty our Booking Sites.
Prices are subject to variation & inclusive of GST.
Cancellations: Please be considerate and allow a minimum of at least 12hrs notice, allowing our other clients to book in your place. 2x Multiple no shows will result in 50% deposit to be placed to secure future bookings.
Safety Hygiene Requirements
New Clients must arrive 10mins before treatment to complete Client Information Card before any treatments.
Client Card are updated every 3 months for workplace safety reasons & your visit will be recorded every visit.
All clients must wear a face mask (these are provided or you can supply your own).
Please do not attend if you or family members have been sick in the last 14 days. Please rebook.
All bags & phones must remain to the side once in the salon during the treatment until the end while you visit our salon.
You must attend your appointment by yourself, this means no friends, family can accompany you to our salon.
Temperature Checks will be carried out prior to treatments.
Hand Sanitiser & Sanitiser Wipes required to be used upon entering the salon.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Melybeez Beauty Hive cannot offer any refund / credit simply due to change of mind.
Melybeez Beauty Hive will rectify any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work performed (mis-shaped / become scratched / or start lifting) provided you let us know within 72hour period after the service is performed (Excludes scratched/damaged artistic designs).
You must book your correction appointment within 7 days after your initial service.
Charge applies for any repairs / replacements that we have to carry out due to damage / misuse caused by the client.
Charge applies for removal of someone else’s product prior to any service provided.
Nail Re-fills over the prescribed maximum 3 weeks period/s will occur extra fee.
Vouchers (T&C)
Vouchers can be purchased for any $ amount; to give to a friend / family or to raffle off.
No cash advances: You cannot redeem your Voucher for cash.
Validity and Expiry of Voucher: We are not liable to redeem any Voucher that is presented for redemption after the expiry date.
Lost or stolen Voucher: Treat your Voucher like cash. Lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
Voucher cannot be cancelled: You cannot cancel your Voucher.
Your Voucher, your responsibility: You are responsible for the use and safety of your Voucher.

Whilst receiving any service please provide us with live feedback during your service

Inform us immediately if you have any concern relating to the service or practice being performed.
Prior to undertaking any services it is a health requirement, that you inform us immediately if you present with any infections or other abnormal skin conditions with respect to your area of skin service being provided.
